All right! Since you now know what an anime convention is, this particular one is just like any other anime convention, only it's in Nashville Tennessee^o^
I first found this when I was begining to start liking anime and cosplaying. My first time here was awsome and soon after that, I was addicted to this place.
This happens once a year around the spring time, almost when it's time be let out for the summer and around homework crunch time for college students. Talk about unfair, BUT I may get a chance to go back in 2010. I say this because I had major homework crunches during 2008 and this year. If you go to the "About Anime Conventions" blog, you'll see the videos are about MTAC in general.
Okay, since I'm ranting and raving about the awsomeness about MTAC, you're thinking, "what is MTAC?" and "what does is stand for?" Now, it's basically like any other anime convention as I said before and it stands for Middle Tennessee Anime Convetion.
You newbies or other con goers should really try this one out! The only reason why I only go to this one is because I don't like to travel too far away just for two or three days. I like an anime convention that's close to me^^
Anyway, they update their website every year to the theme that they choose. This year, the theme is space. Check it out:
